Description
The Crown Butterflyfish is a small fish and so cute. This is a macro photograph from the Red Sea. The fish swims among the finger corals.
Photographed in the RedSea.
Did you know... The ocean produces over half of the world's oxygen and absorbs 50 times more carbon dioxide than our atmosphere. Covering 70 percent of the Earth's surface, the ocean transports heat from the equator to the poles, regulating our climate and weather patterns. Many medicinal products come from the ocean, including ingredients that help fight cancer, arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, and heart disease. The ocean is the heart of the planet.

What a beauty. So thankful you do underwater images so those of us too chicken to go down there can enjoy the tremendous beauty there!!!!. . . .f/ltw

Karen, you are fun and great. But no chicken ;) It is though a bit scary sometimes, because there are sharks and giant morays, or venomous fish, and each dive is an exciting adventure.
