Description
The Red Sea Anemonefish. In latin: amphiprion bicinctus. Also called the Red Sea Clownfish and Red Sea Two-banded Anemonefish. Grows to max 5,5 inches / 14 cm. Color variable from yellow to dark brown with 2 broad white bars. Anemonefish live in a symbiotic relationship with certain anemones. This means they benefit from living with the sea anemone, and the sea anemone benefits from the presence of the Anemonefish. They are the only fish that are able to live in sea anemones and not get stung by their tentacles. This fish feeds on algae and plankton.
Added soft color on the gray stones. The fish, the Giant Clam and the corals are in natural color.
