Asparagus Onion Tomato Salmon With Creme Fraiche. Creme fraiche is a classic French ingredient (the literal translation is 'fresh cream') made from dairy cream that's been soured. We use this often in Finland too.
This dish is a terrific for dinner. The fish and the vegetables cook quickly in the oven. If you love new potatoes, add some of them too! Add cherry tomatoes, basil, lovely herbs and creme fraiche, when the dish is served.
